Our next adventure in Australia started in Melbourne. We managed to pack all our stuff inclusive our tent and the air mattress, and we flew over to Melbourne without any problems. Danach fuhren wir über den Porters Pass nach Christchurch zu unserem nächsten Host Gerardo. Twizel und Lake Tekapo Da die Wetterprognose für den ganzen Tag Regen vorsah, entschieden wir uns nicht zum Mount Cook zu fahren. The Catlins Von Dunedin aus fuhren wir der Southern Scenic Route entlang an der schönen Ostküste bis nach Invercargill. Unterwegs machten wir einen Halt am Purakaunui Strand und bei dem kleinen aber feinen Purakaunui Wasserfall.
